- Terms of Service for UpBux.com

These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at UpBux.
As a registered user at UpBux, you have confirmed you have read and understood the following terms and
conditions of these Terms of Service.
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:

- 1. FORUMS, CHAT, PRIVATE MESSAGES AND GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
1.1. You are given access to forums except the private sections.
1.2. You may use the forums completely when you have registered and are logged in.
1.3. You must respect other visitors/members/UpBux staff members while using our services.
1.4. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members. While debates and discussions are fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insults, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts/messages towards fellow members or UpBux staff members.
Our decision is final in these matters.
1.5. You must not use the forum, chat nor private messages for promotional activities like advertising or referral building or for posting referral/affiliate links.
1.6. You must not use the forum nor private messages for exchanging or requesting money.
1.7. Any baseless accusation, intimidation, threat or disrespect against UpBux or its staff/members will be considered disrespectful which may lead to account suspension.
1.8. Spamming the forums, chat and private messages with nonsense posts/messages or illegal content is also prohibited.

- 2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. You are expected to keep your primary password safe. UpBux nor its staff will be held responsible in the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account. In case you lose your password, you may use the intergrated "reset password" feature to have your password reset.
2.2. You are permitted to have only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will be considered as a violation of our terms of service, which may lead to the termination of all of your accounts.
2.4. Your email addresses will not be exposed, shared nor sold under any circumstances.
2.5. Accounts should not be sold. Any attempt to sell your account will lead to account suspension.
2.6. Accounts are not transferable.
2.7. We will not modify your account details unless requested by the account holder. In such cases, the account holder is required to present strong and valid reasons explaining his/her request. We do not entertain any requests asking for username modifications. Nor do we entertain requests for account deletion.
2.8. Users using false/fake information while registering with us or by updating their personal settings will have their account suspended.

- 3. REFERRALS
3.1. The maximum number of referrals you may have is dependant on your membership type, the details of which are available either by contacting us or at our forums. Users can see the limit in the upgrade membership page too.
3.2. You may refer others in your household provided that they are using another computer with a different IP address. You are not allowed to use fake IPs nor proxies to visit UpBux. If you are found to use proxies or to have mutiple accounts under same IP, all of the accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
3.3. Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended. You must not send unsolicited email asking people to join under you. We have zero tolerance against spamming. If we receive at least one complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then take necessary steps for terminating your account.
3.4. UpBux is not a pyramid scheme and therefore we do not reward you for the referrals from people you refer.
3.5. You can rent referrals only when they are available.
3.6. Rented referrals have a return policy which means referrals are rented only for a certain period of time. In case you don't renew them, they are removed from your downline after which they may be sold again.
3.7. Requests to change one's upline shall not be entertained.
3.8. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 8 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day.

- 4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Any cheating attempts will lead to account termination/suspension.
4.2. Any attempts to edit information through hacking or by tampering the source code will lead to account termination.
4.3. If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.

- 5. PAYMENTS TO USERS
5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay, PayPal.
No other payment methods are supported right now.
5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 on the first cashout. Thereafter, this amount will increase after each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00.
5.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
5.5. UpBux nor its staff will be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processors.
5.6. You personal settings page should have a valid AlertPay and PayPal email address. All payments from UpBux will be made to your AlertPay/PayPal email address as per the personal settings page. Payment requests cannot be cancelled. In order to receive your payment via PayPal/AlertPay you need to make sure that your country is supported by your preferred payment processor.
5.7. In case our system flags an account for abuse, we reserve complete rights to decline payments to the suspected account holder.
5.8. Users are expected to accept their payments via AlertPay/PayPal within 30 days after being paid. After 30 days, the payment may be cancelled and such cancelled payments will not be refunded.
5.9. You need to click at least 80 advertisements before you can make your first cashout.

- 6. ADVERTISEMENTS
6.1. We do not accept illegal content nor frame breakers. We reserve complete rights to deny any advertisement request which we do not see fit to be displayed at UpBux.
6.2. As an user, you can earn from each advertisement only once per 24 hours. Additionally, from a particular IP address, a specific advertisement can be used to earn only once per 24 hours.
6.3. You are not allowed to view advertisements on a mobile phone or a hand-held device.

- 7. PAYMENTS TO UPBUX
7.1. All payments to UpBux are to be done using links from UpBux website only. No other method of payment will be accepted under any circumstances.
7.2. All payments to UpBux are non-refundable.
7.3. Payments made to UpBux are confirmed using your AlertPay or PayPal email addresses as per the personal settings page. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds an account with the particular email address. In the absence of such an account, the payment will not be refunded nor referenced.
7.4. If a payment process fails, contact us using the "Live Support " page.
7.5. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

- 8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We reserve complete rights to suspend your account at anytime for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have their balance reset and all referrals will be removed. In such cases, no refunds will be entertained.
8.3. We will keep certain information to identify cheating accounts that are suspended.
8.4. Accounts can be suspended for inactivity. We may suspend an account if found to be inactive for at least 60 days from the date of creation.
8.5. We do not delete user accounts for any reasons.

- 9. LIABILITY
9.1. We will not be held liable for acts of war, god, nature or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to UpBux and are therefore beyond our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host or our service providers.
9.2. We reserve complete rights to modify or update our website(UpBux.com) at any time.
